When making a booking and signing the rental agreement, we collect the following personal data: first and last name, phone number, email address, driving licence details, and payment information.
We collect data solely for fulfilling the rental agreement and providing our service: to confirm and manage bookings, to prepare and sign the rental agreement, to process the security deposit, and to communicate with you regarding your rental.
2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance (the rental agreement), our legal obligations (such as accounting and tax law), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our service.
3. DATA RETENTION
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary. Booking and financial records are kept for up to 7 years in accordance with accounting requirements. Other data is deleted once it is no longer needed.
